- Water Main Replacements on Hilton, Kimbrough, Ridley and Brewer- Water main replacements will begin about mid-September on Hilton and Kimbrough. Once completed, work will move to Ridley and Brewer. The project is expected to last approximately 6 months. The contractor replacing the mains is Moffat Pipe, Inc. of Raleigh.
